My past and current practice has been an exploration into sexuality and gender which has evolved my style rather quickly. Within these broad terms, I have explored themes in control, limitation and the intricate nature of human interaction, whilst focusing on the human body; the female form; self-pleasure and desire.

I fully stand for and embrace sex positivity. I believe in equality and free love. I wish to show; to elevate this through artistic expression.

What I find the most exciting about my practice, is finding a film; novel; song; blog; story; artwork or performance and seeing how it fits together in the ever growing matrix of discourse about identity and sexuality that I have personally created for myself. By being able to juxtapose my opinions with my interests and influences can create lines of thought process and theories that are only in their infancy. I am in the midst of a personal revolution and feel lucky that I could perhaps be at the forefront of a global one. However, I am fully aware that I am not infallible and that what I say is not gospel. I am still figuring it all out, so what I believe one week may not be what I believe the following week and that's okay because I am here to learn and to grow just like anyone else. This does not make what I say today any less valid.

Visually, I can see a body of work that can not only stand for what I want it to say but can also positively reach out to an audience. Through this work, I want to take down the wall between artist and audience and to confront themes that are uncomfortable. I want to create art which means something real and I want to use this hyper-realistic style to change myself and to change other people.

To keep up with my current practice you can visit my blog, which I update frequently.
